Dear Frank, Thank you for your extraordinary help in initiating internet marketing dummies like yours truly. Your ideas seize on the important yet obvious procedures that the high priced Gurus fail to provide even when you pay out big bucks for their stuff. I am totally indebted to you, and I eagerly look forward to your next video which will help me make a few dollars in order to feed myself and my poor family. We have been struggling with this for years. Your service is invaluable to many. There isn’t a dollar figure to attach to this service.

    am January 15 2008 @ 6:38 pm

good info frank, thanks for these videos,…

    :: BUT ::

Frank(ly), i find a big piece is being glossed over and missing.. in video #1 you said : “I buy clicks for 10 cents, maybe 15 cents TOPS from google” (to paraphrase). This is a huge stretch.

I advertise long-tail keywords, in non competitive markets and it is hard to touch a click for less than 50 cents,.. even in non competitive niches. I have read Perry Marshall’s advise and other methods of how to climb in relevancy as click prices drop,, but 10 cents a click consistently?!? Sorry, sounds like a lot of hype.

Usually you have to pay at least 1.00 per click these days or devote your entire life to learning these advanced methods. I know there are ways to get the click prices lower, but it takes a lot of time and skill..

Cheaper traffic sites are fraught with click fraud. And yes, do tell about the best CPM sites as well.

I like your style Frank and appreciate your efforts, but i also see the “buy my program to get the real details” pitch coming.

I would like to see a video or blog response that addresses some nuts and bolts about how to get consistent clicks from google for “10 cents, 15 cents TOPS” and also addressing some the CPM sites and other cheap traffic sources.. because you know if it was that easy (as you imply) we’d all be doing it.

Many of us have looked into this also and been doing the things you are talking about.

    best wishes,

As always Frank, great content well presented. However…

Unless you have another “secret” to impart, I gotta say that those 10 cent clicks are no longer as readily available as you suggest. In any market that has existing advertisers + products + buyers (the research phase), my experience is that fifty cents to a buck is a more likely starting price, even for pretty ordinary longtail keywords.

Hopefully there’s another video to show me the error of my ways!

    All the best,

    Hi Frank,

    Simple, simple, simple.

Like I said before, you are the king
    of kool…(yeah, yeah with a C, I know…)

You have supplied an “inconvenient truth” for many
online gurus who try and make it so complicated…

I mean, there are for sure, details to all the madness…
like keyword reserach, and the like.

But the main thing is, it’s not overly complicated
and people try and keep it all so mysterious right?

That’s why you are the king of kool…tell it like it is…

It would be great to see how you are getting the 10cent clicks,
and setting up the campaigns as well…

Thanks for helping the community see how easy all this is…
just don’t tell anyone else! LOL!

Take care my friend…and looking forward to the
    next videos…and your launch…

    Hey Frank,
Thanks for the two videos. Very cool. But that’s all the stuff I actually do know how to do already.

What I need to learn are all the finer points of cultivating the list, building the relationship with them and taking care of them properly. Like what to give them, how much and how often, vs. how much and the best ways to pitch sales to them. Do you just have a little link to your (or affiliate) product every four emails, or do you send them a link to a site that clobbers them over the head with screaming banners?

Are you going to cover this stuff in more videos, or do we have to buy Mass Control to find out? If so, please make it affordable enough for a regular guy with a family and a mortgage to afford.

Thanks so much for these videos.

Do you have anything planned for applying the Marketing Mix (or the 4 Ps) to Marketing on the internet? You are already covering some aspects.

I too would like to see you go deeper into the “paid advertising” aspect. Also I would like to see more on how to get JV partners to promote a new unique venture.

  60. Fact Finder said

    am January 23 2008 @ 7:28 am

You said on your video you “have done it all for” a person. You said you would “tell exactly how to do it.” Which is true? You have done it or will tell how to do it? And, what is “it,” in plain English, not around the bush. What product is being Internet marketed? What does a person get for giving you money? What is “the list?” A list of what? What is “niche” business? What is yours? This is not mean spirited, just very confusing, as is your video. Somebody I know for 40+ years requested I assist with getting his or her “deal” active online. I listened to your videos several times this week and still have no clue what to do. Is is just me? Likely, not. Do what I ask of you and I should be able to what the person requested of me because he or she absolutely needs money. A first-timer will be exhausted with hour and a half of whatever it is you thought you conveyed. Can you create brief and simple video for the newbie that actually demonstrates how to start from scratch, with no or little money, without the bad language? Many common guys and gals will appreciate blessing of one million dollars within a few days or weeks. Exactly what are components to begin? Not complicated, please. Thank you.

    Hi Frank
(like you will read this comment – duh)

thanks for telling it without the usual steaming heap of bull fertiliser.

    Two things.

I think it would be MUCH easier just to have shown people how to replace the entire FORM (between and including the the HTML tags and ) with the script from the autoresponder people, rather than showing them 3 bits they need to text search for with in the form, and then fatally missing the page title as well. AFAIC there is ZERO excuse for missing the page title, AYK one of the biggest SEO tactics and seminal for presentation and relationship confidence.

AYPK Aweber and GetResponse have a single line javascript insert option, which is a lot “neater” although not as fool proof (as it requires the surfer to have javascript working – but they do provide a pure html version too).

I appreciate the autoresponder people do not, but it is REALLY REALLY REALLY worth adding a WE DO NOT SPAM guarantee next to the form. This has been proven to work endlessly. There is no down side to adding it.

BTW I have a squeeze page generator utility that I am giving away to do this.

Thanks again for not making my roses grow.

PS W O W – I just hit the period key and made 2 billion dollars!
OH NO hang in, I just moved the decimal point in my sales figures – ROFL.

It’s probably too late anyways….. I know that even if you stopped cold turkey right now, you probably already have so many people interested in signing up, that completely shutting down wouldn’t hurt you.

    Anyways, I gave it a try…

    Hey Frank,

I direct a small non-profit that is a tennis instruction/substance abuse prevention program. I’m tired of begging for grants. I’ve tried a couple ideas on the net to earn money to extricate myself from the strangle hold of writing grants. To date I have been unsuccessful. Your videos are so inspiring. You are giving me hope. I’m certain there are other newbies who are hoping and perhaps even praying that you are real.

I will try to get into your program. Please let me know if you have any discounts for non-profits.

I certainly appreciate your video and your knowledge, but I have questions about your PPC approach. I’ve been using PPC in some extremely competitive and totally “flat”, non-competitive markets. I’ve found that Google will automatically raise click costs even if there are NO other advetisers bidding in the market. In situations where my ad is the ONLY PPC ad being displayed on Google’s SERPs, the cost per click rose from a $0.20 minimum to over $0.50 within a 10-day period. This occurred with NO other advertisers bidding and a landing page that was geared specifically for the keywords being used.

In competitive markets like internet marketing and Google Adwords training even the long-tail keyword costs were over $1.50 per click. In many cases, the costs jumped to over $2.00.

How are you managing to get clicks for $.010 to $0.15???????

Keep the no BS information flowing!

EDIT FROM FRANK: See “Case Study Gone BAD” post. Also – I don’t use PPC for the IM niche. it’s for other markets.

I really enjoyed watching your videos.I am a little new to your marketing , so please forgive the stupid question I am about to ask. The only problem I have been having is the landing page. How do you get a landing page so that only the people that subscribe can land on it and get the report or information?

Thanks once again for the great videos and info.

They give you the tools but not the how- to- do stuff that is so key to being a successs.

I did learn from the other course how to get cheaper ppc’s that will help me. We are newbies to marketing so anything that will help is great !

Unbelievable…first the site “said” it was over capacity. Then the checkout form just took us ’round and ’round. This all started at 8:50 am Pacific Time.

    Hay Frank

Your info is the bomb, unfortunately I discovered you after Mass Control was closed, however I’m very grateful for the videos on your blog.

I did discover you via an email that Ed sent me on Stompernet, having started the ”Thirty Day Challenge” previous to the one starting now I am familiar with that program. I was unable to complete the ”Thirty Day Challenge” due to the fact I took on the responsibilities’ of COO for a company called “The Video City Directories, LLC”. Since I have done so with only sweat equity to show for it, focusing my attention to that has been top priority but now that the site is operating we could use your advice and techniques to improve the site and to create other revenue streams.

Would you please put me on your list so I know when you’re doing something else that I could be involved in, like another Mass Control…….huh huh huh…..when when when…….please please please …………sorry I get a little excited when I really like something.

    Dear Frank

I loved your VIDEOS and I was thrilled by the simplicity of the way you guided us through the process of doing things that are essential to our online business’s success. ( I must admit that the VIDEO with Bob Serling on Licensing, was a revelation to me ! I can’t THANK YOU enough ! Absolutely Great Value ! )

Although I have been in the Internet Marketing Niche for 6 years as a “lead” for almost every GURU and NON GURU out there, nobody really helped me overcome my amateurism-syndrome and that syndrome was rooted in my fear that I could never figure out which step goes first, what follows and which was the BEST WAY to go.

I managed to purchase more than 85 .COM domains, and I even setup a dozen of websites, but the money I made was a drop in the sea compared to the money I had paid for knowledge which was valuable by itself but not put on a SYSTEM that could be STRATEGICALLY OPERATIVE.

So here I am again, 6 years after my first plunge into Internet Marketing world, with an E-store ready to be launched, my first e-book written, and I would do it all the wrong way, if I hadn’t watched these LIST BUILDING videos of yours.

There is a lot of confusion out there in terms of what is a KEY-TO-SUCCESS and what is not. And I wouldn’t call it “info-overload”. I would rather call it “lack-of-orientation-and-strategy”.

Enough with my thoughts. I would like to ask you if there is any way I can have your MASS CONTROL SYSTEM although I know it’s closed. I would appreciate it if you’d make an exception and open the SYSTEM’s doors to those of us who missed the chance to get to know about it, or at least, offer to us an alternative, for the sake of our “relationship with you” – I hope that hit a nerve :) – .

Thank you for being as honest and straightforward as you are.

    Kind Regards

P.S. : I had said “hello” to you at Eben Pagan’s “GET ALTITUDE” event early October 2007 in LA.

I was doing online marketing and affiliate for around 1 year now, and I never make a serious amount that can push me further, and despite of all this failure, I am still fighting and learning what to do and what not to do.

This first video really woke me up, ’cause most information within it is in my mind but I never thought it ca bring money that way.

This 50 year old new-to-this-world lady thinks you are the bomb! Pretty cool, huh?

I have been struggling with trying to figure out this wacky world of internet marketing for months now and how I can use it to promote my healthy chocolate business. Well, tonight, after watching many of your no-BS videos and your recalcitrant hair, the light went on in my head of how this can come together for me. (And do I need to mention that I have spent way too much money on “other stuff” and not been enlightened?)
So, I am going to implement these techniques, with a bit of work no doubt, and I will keep you posted with the results.

You are eating your healthy chocolate aren’t you? If not, please go to my website and I will send you a free report on the importance of anti-oxidants in your diet! Maybe even a free piece of chocolate too!

    Love ya!

I really enjoyed the first video but as usual the how to do it video is not possible for a blind person to get any information from. We are starting a campaign to make Internet Marketing available to everybody. You can phone me on 250 480 1632 or send an Email to be part of this movement which is going to rock Internet Marketing for the better.

i just finished the list videos and at the end after doing all the things Frank says he then says upload this to your website but it never said you needed a website to do this. i am very new to all this so can i get some help as to how to get this opt in page online and direct traffic to the url i got from clickbank. Frank if this goes to you, i think your stuff is really cool and so many things lined up for me to be on this page like the spoon bending bit. I am working this off of zero dollars and will make this work because i will not go work another job again, so i really need this to work!!

Thank you for your valuable information without all the BS hype.
I have spent thousands of dollars on Internet Marketing “stuff” that promises the world and after working it and working it, I have had limited success.

Your information – free I might add is more valuable that all the shit I have paid for. Thank you. Good Karma to you forever.

I’m sorry I didn’t find you sooner and as it is said – “The Master Appears When The Student Is Ready.”

P.S. I couldn’t afford Mass Control when you launched it and if youever do anything like it again – I want in!

    Thanks for people like you.

    Hi Frank,
I watched the first video the other night and could not believe my ears and eyes, the information contained in the first video alone is totally awesome content, people we need to shift our reality and look at it from the perspecitve of frank k,he makes 100% sense when he talks about the right way to build a responsive list, just get them to opt in and show them much love and respect and the rest will be history, its hard work to get there but once your have the correct system inplace as taught by fk then what the heck to do but take action and run with it, this stuff is simple simple simnple thats why i see teenagers who are able to take these principles and make it online, too many people make thing wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy to complicated to banboozle the newbie in us all, then we get frustrated, but alas frank appears and say look dude stop spinning your wheels …do this this and this and watch out for the amazing results.. Ive seen video 2 and putting togeather my list building efforts, i know its going to be awesome because fk is the Man !

All the best Frank and thanks for the laughs and simplicity of internet marketing…. any more copies of mass control ???

    Hey Frank,

Thanks so much for the Step By Step, SIMPLE breakdown and demystification of really how EASY and QUICK it is to establish an autoresponder, then the “feared” opt-in page, and ultimately getting a list. As Einstein once said, “Make everything as simple as possible, but no simpler.” haha you could not have made it any more simpler Frank. Well done bro!

    You the man,
