Right there with you on the brick and mortar businesses. They are great clients. The main complaint I hear about working with brick and mortar is they can’t afford our services. I would argue they can’t afford not to have our services. Local businesses that are online the right way are cleaning house right now. Get case studies for these business owners from other marketers and show these guys what is there. They really do need leads and sales right now and we can provide that.

    Hey Frank,

You’re right on the money. Brick and Tartar businesses are going to explode. I do a lot with local internet marketing and I can’t handle all the business I get and I don’t even market myself. Just imagine if I did. I’m trying now to get the mechanisms to handle all the business coming my way. It’s crazy.

Totally agree. There are business owners right now… tonight…, laying in bed, tossing and turning, because they are about to loose their business. Not because they aren’t good at what they do, it’s because not enough people know what they do.

It’s all about MARKETING. Great insight, Frank! We all know people that would love to have the knowledge we do about internet marketing. They need us and they will pay.

I believe anyone who wants to succeed, not only in virtual business, but in the traditional brick and mortar, should heed your words. They apply across the spectrum.

I’ve always appreciated what you have to say and recommend you and those in your mastermind group (that I’m aware of) to anyone who wishes to get into internet marketing.

However, in the process of it all, I’ve learned SEO out the yin-yang, and now I recently was hired to do SEO for a site for people who know some “Well to Do” musicians in the LA area that have great music but lousy websites, and NOW I’m working on gaining some pret-ty big customers!

I’m kinda skeert (I live in TN…get over it), but confident at the same time! I’ve learned from YOU how important it is to blend Marketing Technology with Human Psychology! Just like you said.. “Coolness” is the flavor of the next wave!

    Frank,

I;ve seen quite a few of your videos (not all) and this by far has been the best! You actually came across as a sort of Zen Buddhist of Internet marketing… you totally “out cooled” every other marketeer I pay attention to.

I have never bought any of your stuff, but I generally like your laid back attitude and almost didn’t listen when I saw the video was like a half hour long. I figured I give you a couple of minutes to see what you were selling…

Imagine my shock when 10 minutes came… then 20 and then watched to the end! Great presentation and your sincerity was in everything you said.

BTW, I think you could pull off the “Corporate cool dude” this message has far more impact to me than any other you’ve done (Like I said I never purchased any of your stuff, so whether it’s NLP and just straight honesty from the heart… it worked on me and has now made me more receptive to hear future messages from you.

Well done and I join you in vision of bringing business together instead of acting like competitors.

Hey, Frank! What’s kickin’? Before I get into anything, I want to wish you and your family a wonderful holiday season. Great. Now that that’s out of the way, let me say, that, as usual, you do a great job of getting your message across. Your “State of the Internet Address” is ingenious…Really! What a play on words. More importantly, however, is the sincerity with which you delivered the message, very emotive, and the CONTENT so timely. Wow. Not long ago, I received your Infomillionaire packet that I paid just S&H for. Embarrassingly I admit, I did nothing with it, and it certainly over delivered. I remember you saying that while there are a lot of so-called gurus out there, many of them doing a great job (just like you), that we (newbies just trying to get started)should by one gurus program, follow it diligently, apply all that we learn until we achieve success, rather than by one program after another and never getting anything done. I wish I was your cousin, Trey. To have a Mentor like you would be awesome. Oh well? And, yes, this whole CPA thing is really catching on, it seems. This guy Aymen, who launched Arbitrage Conspiracy, fired up a lot of IMers—huh? When he held this pre-launch seminar in Vegas in the Fall of 2008, I didn’t have a clue about what he was talking about. But now, after having read at least seven books on the subject of Internet marketing and, invariably, becoming aware of all of the related parts like SEO, PPC, landing pages, social media advertising, ezines, blogs, forums, etc., I’m able to connect the dots. So, now I look at CPA marketing through a different pair of eyes. What I lack is the practical experience. You’re one of the few that I’ve connected with. Your “coolness” as you put it won me over. All this Internet marketing information that’s out there can easily make a newbies head spin out of control, man. Just sorting this sh*% out is enough to make you go mad. I look forward to becoming a member of this community of IMers who are privileged to serve and provide value to the vast universe of consumers. One day I hope to meet you and possibly become a friend. Thanks for being who you are—I appreciate you. Bye for now.

You have actually said WHAT the market is “ brick and mortar businesses” to your massive audience, and that market is MASSIVE!! !!

This is exactly what I saw in the market 1.5 years ago when I was getting into this internet game with no money, no resources entering the IM arena.

I was a pro snowboarder living in Whistler Canada, until I lost my right arm in a snowmobile accident in 2006. I was riding my snow mobile up a mountain face, but did not make it to the top. As my snowmobile began to roll, my arm got sucked into the drive train of the track to below my shoulder. I rolled 300 feet down, the mountain face with my arm still inside the snowmobile. I was awake with nobody around. I had a bush saw out ready to cut off my arm below my shoulder to free myself. Eventually against the odds I survived.. 5 weeks later I was forced to leave Canada (I am an Aussie) with only 2 bags of clothes to my name and nothing else. My businesses, home, cars, assets, snowboarding career, money, networks and friends all gone as I had no medical insurance!

My Australian medical team predicted that I’d be lucky to get 50% use of the right arm. After 3 years of full time hospital and rehabilitation plus designing my own surgeries. (7 different medical experts were unable to find a way to get my arm functioning again, I thought of a way) I have a fully functioning arm and fingers and have finished with the hospital for good this past June 2009!

So with $0 net worth, no cash and no credit - I have built in 1.5 years a business of making high lead conversion websites and Internet Marketing to SMEs in Australia. In July 2008, I officially started putting this business together and In July 2009, the business turnover was $100k. The forecast for this financial year is $250k. In Sept 2009, the company made State Finalist for Online Business and I made State Finalist for Champion Entrepreneur with the Small Business Champion Awards

The websites, PPC, and SEO is so successful for clients, I have put together a franchise model for other “internet marketers” to use my resources of HTML, graphics, PPC and SEO at my costs. Eg , I sell websites for $5k, and my cost is $500, that’s $4500 profit. Im Sell this business for $5k.

All of this was done with $0 start up capital, nn fact I was negative in assets. Not only did I have the stress of not being able to pay my bills, rent or food, I had zero business contacts as I had not been living in Australia for over 8 years, no right arm or fingers to be able to work any job or keyboards. I attended my hospital twice a week for the past 3 years for arm rehab. I had 7 operations, had no experience in computers or internet (I was a pro snowboarder) and I did not have THIS internet business model nor mentors to follow.

From June 09 to Oct 09, I was back living the snowboard lifestyle full time in Australia that I had been accustomed to for the12 years before the accident. Then I went to the tropics in Oz to thaw out for 3 weeks to get some sun and see the reef, and kite boarded.

So now, im looking for the next round of sharp guys to work with. here is the website converting your website into sales dot com ( with out the spaces)

and frank, as you can see im passionate about snowboading, so i will be the take the niche of being the elusive hippy snowbaorder internet marketer and leave you to the surfing niche hahaha

EDIT FROM FRANK: You fucking rule.

Frank, another great content packed video. One of the strategies we’re using in our business is “diversify” traffic. It’s “common law” in stocks, but yet many internet marketers rely on 1 source for 80% of their traffic (ie. Google). Scary, huh?

Also the “our customer” frame shift was brilliant. If a customer is on 1 list they are on 50 others. So instead of thinking of others in your industry as competitors think of them as teammates.

As we close out the end of the year and the decade let’s make the next year better than the last!

    Dear Frank,
You are the only guy whose emails I always save as I know that every video of you contains true value, without me feeling pressured to buy anything from you. Really the only one! What are you talking about working together with your competitors? If you want to be the coolest (and truly you are) then you are still playing the game of who is the best at something. It is not only about being the coolest, it is about being the only coolest…..
You are the only one who does not give a 10 page sales letter (which all of us scroll down immediately to the price-tag…. So it is wasted time of copywriting… it is an outdated trap) and I am turning and turning to imagine how I could get help of you.

    Hey, buddy,

    Nice clothing ;-)

Amazing thoughts. You know, I’ve been relatively new to IM (4 months), but since from the beggining I was serving other people. Mass Control, Product Launch Management and Million Dollar Licensing - That’s you, Jeff Walker and Bob Serling - are really the guys that put my mind to work on this direction.

So cool I’ve stepped on Mass Control and your way of thinking marketing, Frank. So cool I’ve became a Mass Control customer. Even greater is the fact that you presented me other two mainstream guys in IM that are also making me an even better person.

I’ve developed a whole piece of software and named after your ‘mass thinking’ - It’s a FREE twitter app called ‘Mass Crawler’, and It’s already available on the web. Mass Crawler is making people get thousands of targeted followers to their business FOR FREE.

I started using it with my own wife, who IS an brazilian singer. Because of my work as an ‘online producer’, she’s getting so much attention, and we’re very happy. So, I really wanted to share it with everyone in IM community.

I’m running her launch campaign, and she is just getting there EASILY. In latin community we can have 100% of mail opening rates, dude. That’s not heard of in ANY other market places.

I could also bring a whole new life perspective to my little sister. She surely will become a mainstream fashion designer by the next years - we have already everything figured out.

I’d add something else to your comments, Frank. I’d say that the best clients to next decade IM are those people with a public image to be done. They will be on the boat sooner. I think Big Corps will only grasp it by 2020.

Bands, musicians, designers, speakers, authors, liberal professionals. In my case, music is THE THING.

Just to wrap up, Frank - I don’t think you’re just a cool person. For me, you are already a close friend, and by naming a software after you, I’m just paying forward what you have done for me.

    Best,
    Rodrigo.

I truly look forward to retiring from my “normal job” and pursuing my life with my family, kids and passion for excellent waves. The only way I see being able to do that in this day and age is by standing in front of the wave you speak about.

I await the next videos and as far as other Internet Marketers are concerned, I guess it boils down to who you relate to and see yourself hanging out with and having a beer with that matters. I look forward to the day I share a beer with cool guys like Amish and of course, Mr. Frank Kerns (on the beach right after catching come meaty waves at our private resort, or Tony’s).

    Great video Frank!

I think i heard Neil Strauss said that stuff too of leave them better than you found them (Girls) but never heard it on the business side.

Also its funny that you put the Gold metaphor on your video… since it’s price rising and all that. (You Should buy Gold or Silver)

Thanks for remembering me to focus on things that work and do them.

My current strategy with clients who want on the internet but have little time or money is to help them develop *any* strategy. Doing something that doesn’t work is better than doing nothing at all. The stakes are now too high to do nothing at all.

Why that is such a hard concept for folks to understand when they first get involved with online marketing beats me…

I truly LOVE where you tell people to EXCLUSIVELY focus on what works… and let go of what doesn’t … Hard thing to do for sure…but it does work all the time..

Frank, I too predicted this. Thats why I got into internet marketing in the first place. Did you also know it is predicted that google will be doubling its indexed sites EVERY DAY come 2012?

I don’t know for sure, but it aligned with something else I heard that the information in our globe will be doubling EVERY SECOND around the same time.

So needless to say, I have hopped on the band wagon.

At first, I just wanted to observe the industry, and formulate a game plan.

Well, now I have actually taken action, I have earned a significant amount that
    I once deemed impossible.

Similar to you Frank with your serializer launch as explained in the
Tony Robbins Video. Not as high in terms of cash, but equal in my own
minds expansion into the possibilities of what can be done with some effort.

You are a true role model for us all.

This is about self belief and the knowledge that we/I do have value to offer others and this will create the life we plan for…for me it’s important that it’s always about how we can help others…

I can sincerely say 2009 has been the best year of my life, not because of money I count in the bank (that will follow) but because of who I am becoming - thanks very much for being a big part of that….

it will be seen on the net soon, as i got a plan to monitorise the video as its going to be a very very good viral video.

    Hi Frank, Great video.

You are truly a shining star in the HEROES Program. Working with the other entrepreneur heroes in your community brings great rewards.

Ultimately, whether the economy is good or bad, your local business people and neighbors will help determine your quality of life and enjoyment of existence.

The local heroes are the ones who are giving back to the community where they make a living. Getting to know your friends by sight and name is invaluable.

That is the new model for the local In Search Of Heroes program. I am creating a photo page for each of the people at the Colleyville Chamber Of Commerce, just like I did at the early internet seminars. It is a way of building a sense of shared community.

Soon, I will be teaching the high school kids how to market their local entrepreneur heroes using all the techniques you taught us, especially the reluctant hero marketing model.

Keep up the good work. It is time for the world to unite to survive and thrive.

    Hi Frank, great video!

I’ve taken action consistently by building websites and products and doing lots of free videos, twitter, facebook fan page, blog posts that people like, I respond to all emails and answer lots of questions, etc. But this hasn’t turned into many sales, although it is growing.

So I’m trying to figure out if there’s something I should be doing differently or if I just need to be patient.

You are one of the few people in this field I will trust. I had a bad experience with Mike Filsaime last spring after buying a program you recommended. The program was fine, I just couldn’t disengage from the continuity part of it for FOUR MONTHS after I first started trying to cancel, and then only when I started posting publicly about it. I wanted the Steven Pierce video so tenatively looked again at his offer after being referred by Eben Pagan (another I thought I could trust. So far, he like you, has only let me down in that you both referred me to Filsaime.) My reaction to Filsaimes latest offer is: you can take the man out of the used car lot but you obviously can’t take the used car lot out of the man. His lead in offer was dishonest and deceptive, saying that the offer was something entirely different from what it actually ended up being. I noted from the comments others left there that that was the OVERWHELMING reaction .

If you top guys are really trying to clean up the peception of the internet as a place of scams and dishonesty, perhaps you should all stop affiliating with people who don’t behave in upfront ways. He may be wealthy and monetarilly successful but he is NOT someone I will ever do any sort of business with again and I will think twice about doing business with anyone who recommends doing business with Filsaime, I don’t care what he is putting out there.I think it isn’t the little guys who are causing the FTC and so forth to get called in, it is people like Filsaime, simply because he has access to so many people.

That said, in my dealings with you you have always been the real deal. You haven’t played any dishonest little mind games and you have been demonstrably trustworthy.I hope the next decade brings as much success and happiness for you and yours that you can all handle. You deserve it.

Big change from your surfer-dude persona. We finally get to see the real businessman behind the mask. And surprise, surprise, he’s a smart, thoughtful, observer.

It’s going to be interesting to watch as the internet businesses and the traditional businesses collide. Many of the ideas you propose are not new. Small business has been doing it for years while big business has gone a different direction. It will be interesting to see which model is successful. Will the internet continue to be the great leveler?

As we come out of the recession — and as governments et al exact their revenge — will this be a chance for small business to excell?

I’ll have to admit that before my financial decline, that it was mostly about the money and I’d be lying if I said “I didn’t need any right now.” When you are without , it is really easy to despair and in general it can either make or break you. All I can think about right now is who God will set in my path to help me to make this planet a better place. I know what you say is truth because I’ve been instructed by that still small voice. ———- FRANKS VIDEO NOTES ——————-

Look at where the web has gone from 90’s to now - 10 yrs later.
gone from solo entrepreneurs to a community
whoever thought the internet would get this big
people used to be scared to get online - to use a cc
late 90s got website from college kid with about 5% of biz online
moving to early 2000 the bigger brick and mortar sites got online with brochure sites too
mid 2000s more and more biz got online
then about that time, key busineses started flipping internet to a biz opportunity with internet marketing and working the web to deliver results
now about 50% of biz have sites
they know they need more than a brochure site to grow their businesses.
predict in next decade 100% will get online with a biz site and a great many of those will do more than a brochure and will want the site to attract keep and retain customers

their is a shift in perspective to embrace online now

we have been doing this long enough now to know what we are doing

he gets 100k plus 15% of new revenue to consult.

make sure a biz has a way to optin and a value prop of some sort

everyone is coming our way - local biz, grocer, hair salon, etc.

getting online and use the web to make their biz grow.

Online spending will likely eclips brick and mortar biz spending in next 10 years

in next 10 years will get everyone online

since we have been online for years, we are poised to do well during this change and online growth

basic of economy - person a gives something to person b that is of greater value than the money recieved.

the only possible way we can prosper long term is to give person something of greater value than recieved.

now, tons and tons of people are going online, buying online, online for entertainment, online for news etc - like a gold rush.

to prosper… we need to understand:
whatever our market is, its really a community - its gettting larger, but tighter due to ease of communication. Blogs, forums, etc exist to serve that market so you have to look at this and to thrive, you must deliberate become a pillar of that community

if you are pillar you will have mass amount of good will, lots of respect and long term business

old ways- if you wanted to succeed in business, just be bigger, stronger, faster and you will won. Worked pretty good until massive global community changes it. Outselling and out marketing is not enough in the long term.

To excell you have to out-cool your competition. If you are cooler, you will be the top person.

everyone in your community wants a result - more happy in one hand, less pain in the other hand.
how do you be cooler? easy, it must deliberatly move them to the happy side… if you deliver happy to your prospects all the time in every piece of communication, you will find success. If you help enough people get what they want, you will get what you want.

    formula that works
1 - give away free things that make people happy
2 - sell them things that make them even happier
    3 - repeat.

old philosophy is outsell and outperform. Need to shift to out - cooling competition.

Ther is no such thing as “my customer”. If you are a customer that purchased from me, you also purchased from someone else much like me. Chances are your customer has bought everyone elses stuff too, so they are not your customer.
You should work with your competition and work to servce your collective group of customers to mutually insure that your group of customers can get the best and most.

kern is and their is a mastermind of peers who talk about sales tactics that work, new products, opportunities and markets that work. Do this to grow our business and foster a sense of good will in community. The mastermind group has greatly improved his business and life.

    Build your mastermind of peers.
first - identify who your biggest competitors are. Not comp, actually partners. might as well work together. find a way you can help them. a way you can deliver value. would you like to do a webinar based on how to serve their customers.
goal is to get 5-6 competitors together to work with them and grow each others business - cross promote, might as well work together, your customer is buying from all of you anyway.

its human nature to obsesss over what didnt work, why and how it didnt work. you shouldnt diagnose what didnt work.
FOCUS on what DOES work, not what didnt work…
Lets talk about what worked. How can we do that again? How can we do something similar and get similar good results.
dont go back to what didnt work and try to make it work. not going to help.
identify things that dont work and instead of doing things that didnt work and stop doing those things.
focus exclusively on what does work.
identify 5 things that went really well and write out an action plan on how you can repeat them - often.

Google is not the only source of traffic.
dont be dependent on one source of traffic.
google only accounts for about 30% of your web traffic (not search traffic, but web traffic).
    CPA marketing

Amish sha alternate traffic sources besides google.
amish-shah.com read about media buying. this universe is 70% greater than what weve been doing.

massive wave of money coming from more and more biz who get online and will turn to us to turn their sites into cash flow locations to do biz.
more and more people use website as a normal baseline
need to become pillars of the communities we serve
intead of focusing on outselling we focus on outcooling others
we focus on helping others get what they want so we can get what we want.
cant go about this alone - everyone has a competitors - work with competitors to improve the overall goodwill and satisfaction to yourcommunity.

identify what didnt work and focus on what did work

always leave it better than you found it.

We have a choice - be kind to our customers, serve our community, produce the best results possible.

Technically, Person A gives money to Person B, and Person B gives a product to Person A which Person B believes is worth LESS than the money Person A gave him. Person A, of course, believes that what Person B is selling is worth MORE than the money Person A is giving up. If the transaction is voluntary, then BOTH Persons walk away better off. It’s “win-win” because value is subjective.

But your point about being a “pillar” by consciously working to better the life of Person A (our prospects/customers) is golden.

    Frank,

Great advice for 99% of internet marketers.

I often wonder if yourself and the other big name IMer’s realize that there is a small fraction of folks that just can’t seem to find a way to get over the proverbial hump.

Yes, you are correct, I have purchased from virtually all of you guys at one time or another over the last 6 years. In fact, I have a copy of Mike Filsaime’s 7 figure code to give away too. lol

And yes, your advice to stop doing what hasn’t worked and start doing was did would be fantastic IF only I had something that DID work.

I could list an incredible amount of products here and membership sites that I joined and services and PLR and on and on, but instead let me just say that I am like the guy we’ve all read about in those salesletters who has tried everything and nothing worked… until…

Well the one difference is that my story doesn’t change as the letter approaches the bottom.

I have created $149,536 in debt trying to succeed as an internet marketer. I realize that some folks reading this may be thinking I’m making this up, but I have the credit card bills and Home Equity line to prove it.

I’m starting to receive letters in the mail from the credit card companies informing me that my credit lines have been reduced due to having too many cards with high balances.

I too, see the internet as this tremendous opportunity, but have no idea why my 38 websites have only produced about $1700 this year.

So you see folks I’m not working for my first sale, but I am still working for my first break through.

I’m not some slouch that dabbles in affiliate marketing. My wife and 3 kids can confirm that I’m online 7 days a week for most of my waking hours. I’m as passionate about this opportunity as anyone and consider the debt to be worth it if I can just break through.

For 26 years I worked a 9 to 5 for corporate America and in November of ‘03 the plant closed their doors and sent me and over a hundred other people on their way. Since that day, I’ve dreamed of succeeding online.

Frank, thanks for letting me tell you what hasn’t worked and I sincerely wished I could also tell you something that did.

It has been like therapy as you mentioned in the video.
    I feel better now.

    Again, great advice.
    May I ask a favor?
Would you mind saying a prayer that I join the 99% soon?

Great. Simply great. The decade in a tidy time capsule! We have come so far in a short ten years. And I agree with where the next ten years are heading.

Listening to you reminded me of watching thousands of beams of light passing through a prism revealing the true colors (mindset and thought process of industry leaders) of those who really get it.

Recently watched and listened to Stephen Pierce and took to heart his section on focus.

I work primarily with local businesses. Recently completed a book “The Known Method” for local business owners to empower them to know more about the web, internet marketing, and web 2.0 properties. Great lesson learned. They do not want to wear another hat. They want “us” collectively, internet marketers, to just do this for them. They enjoy knowing about it, and learning about it through dialog, and they appreciate being informed and knowing how the pieces fit together, but they still want us to design it, write it, strategize it, and implement it. I’m relieved to know my local business is heading in the correct direction. Thank you for reinforcing that.

Here’s to ten more years of being person B.

    Thanks Frank!

    Cheryl

P.S. It appears that we are all growing up here a little bit :) Glad you found an area in which to mentally expand.

It is a joy to meet people like you: understanding human nature, the nature of the needs, the dialectic law of accumulation in many levels, the imperious necessity of the change in our way to work and to be. You blended so magically the subtlety and the sharpness of your way to think. I feel this is one of most positive and most powerful message sent out to humanity in the last decade.

I admire you for the way you presented to the world, for the initiative to do it.

I think like you and I’ll put all my effort and heart to generate a better place in my field.
Your clarity and vision exposed in this video are giving me wings and strength.

    Thank you so much.

It’s funny that I’d find this business now. I just sealed a deal with a local business to enhance his online marketing. I plan to stand right in front of that money wave as the industry grows and we on the ground floor are the pioneers. I have found my groove. And it all started here, with Frank Kern thanks to his Mass Control Giveaway launch back in 07.

I was kinda surprised when you swore ten minutes into the video, made me laugh though and I won’t be going out to get my nose pierced just yet. But like I say well done, great message and well done for being busy. People with a reasonable rhetorical stance in the online community are chirping about stuff you have repeatedly shared for years on white boards, in the car around a friends for years now. Well done for taking a position in this internet market. Good luck to you and your company and thanks for the 2010 predictions.

While I really appreciate the time you’ve taken to put into this, and agree with most of it, there are a few comments I have:

    1. Your video doesn’t allow you to rewind in the version posted above. Just had to point that out because that’s not normal.

2.The economy does not work by people spending money on things that are of greater value after they buy them… EDIT- actually VALUE is the key word here, and so I do agree. Originally my point was that when you buy a car and drive it off the lot it’s not WORTH more… but the VALUE that you gain from it is greater because now you don’t have to walk your ass all over the place anymore ;-) Great point Frank!

    3. If you only focus on what DOES work, eventually you’ll run out of things that work. I agree not to focus on what doesn’t work, because you know it doesn’t work already, but don’t only focus on what does work either. You’ll need to always be searching for NEW THINGS that do work in order to ensure increased profitability and the longevity of your business.

    4. There’s no reason to ever buy any IM courses or information. This information is all over the Internet and it’s FREE! (I watched this vid for free…) No matter what anyone tells you, there’s no easy solution, it’s all going to be hard work so those that are trying to sell a shortcut are not being honest. You can learn nearly everything through the Internet that you used to have to go to college for, for free, so by telling people that they have to buy some “course” or IM book

    5. Totally agree on Google not being the only traffic source. The same thing can be said with twitter and it’s future is even more uncertain than Google’s. As a free tip for you Frank, if you are still interested in Google traffic you should change your link to be sef (search engine friendly) instead of using the wordpress default that you have on the page we’re all looking at now: http://masscontrolsite.com/blog/?p=65

    6. Totally agree that providing more value is the way to prepare on the upcoming wave of prosperity. This is the way online business is done now, and will continue to be done in the future.

All in all a great video that was very inspirational for me personally, since I figure I can do what you do for $50k per client ;-)

If Brick and Mortars can’t afford you here is an idea. WARNING: this only works if you are absolutely sure that what you do works. Offer a very small upfront free ($100-$500) then charge 10% of whatever increase you create in their business over the next 1,2,6 months or whatever you choose. Call it a commission. This PROVES your worth and you could make more in the long run.

    Hi Frank,

    Thanks Again!

I have watch this video in Dec 2009 when you just released this Awesome Video.

I stumble across this video again just today and I must say that this video still catch my attention and keep me thinking again. As a fellow marketer, I totally agreed on what you have say. We truly need to create values and the future of Internet marketing is awesome, Asia is coming up and more opportunity for our community “The Internet Marketers”

There are many people and business out there require our knowledges and services, Yes the rest of the world is coming our way, this is huge…

Just want to share my thought, many have tried Internet Marketing and many have failed. This is not a easy path, but for those who are determine and have the desire to change their life for the better. Internet Marketing is the way, there are so much money for everyone. Love your sharing and teaching Frank, you have help many and I will like to follow your foot path and help many people to get on to the Internet.

Values is the key for any success!

“Help as many people to get what they want, and in return you will be able to get what you want” Start helping others, don’t think about the money. When you have done enough, you will be rewarded for your effort :)

Mastermind is the key for super success, no man is an island. We need others to help us, find your mastermind group and help each other to grow. There are no competitors, only friends that we yet to know :)

“Always leave it better then you found it” Awesome!

I just came across this, and it’s more spot on than you think. I got involved with the Internet in 1993. It was an e-mail advertising list, that closed down after about a year. It wasn’t long after that John Audette started the I-Sales newsletter. The idea of a “MasterMind” group is an old, not often used one. One of the “benefits” would be to stop, or slow, the spread of some behavior. The Pop up box as you leave” an offer is bad enough. The ones that do it twice, are even worse.
They don’t seem to realize that it makes them look desperate to make the sale. As a rule, anyone who uses that technique, results in immediate unsubscription, from their list. I’ve also noticed how few believe in sending real value, instead of constant sales pitches. Frank, you are one of the very few that doesn’t do that. You always supply value, either as real material, or well thought out opinions. I hope I get to meet you in person some day,and maybe share a “MasterMind” group together.

Great Advice and wisdom there, you have re inforced my views - creating value over and above what is advertised. That certainly goes against mainstream corporate life where people are out to get what they can.

Stop buying courses! Ive spoken to many people that buy course after course and never complete them - its an IM disease!
